There are two methods to make this transfer with different-functioned tools.
First tool employed is Aniosoft iTunes to iTunes

Step 1, make an iTunes library backup in some external hard drive with Aniosoft iTunes to iTunes.Step 2, connect the external hard drive in which the iTunes library data has been stored to another computer and at the same time run both applications iTunes and Aniosoft iTunes to iTunes in another computer.Step 3, restore the database from the external hard drive with this tool. After the recovery it would import the recovered music to iTunes in the new computer automatically.

Aniosoft iBackup is a three party utility which i recommend Aniosoft ibackup. It enables you to transfer iPod's music and other content to any storage device and iTunes as well. And both the backup in the storage device can be recovered and restored with no any change and no any risk.And the data in the iTunes is quite in accord with the iPod's data including its playlists,rating and etc.
With Aniosoft iBackup:Step 1, Sync your iPod to the existing iTunes which contains all your collected music on the old computer then you iPod will have gotten all your needed content;Step 2, Unplug iPod off the old computer and plug it to the new computer which has been installed an ITunes. Install and run Aniosoft iBackup.Step 3, Transfer music, photos, videos and etc. from iPod to iTunes and make a backup for iPod’s content in any storage device as well with Aniosoft iBackup.
Now your new computer also got the iTunes’s data from the old computer but with a different way.
