It may occur that your iPod Classic/Shuffle/Nano can’t be found when you are using our program. No iPod detected （See picture 1）

How would this happen? It’s because you don’t enable disk use in iTunes for your iPod. So you can find your iPod Classic/Shuffle/Nano simply by following steps as below:
*this case does not apply for iPhone/iPod Touch.
Step 1: plug your iPod to the computer and then iTunes will open automatically; if your iPod ever authorized to another computer, there will be a pop-up dialogue-asking “do you want to erase this iPod and sync with this iTunes library”? Select “cancel” please.
Step 2: go to “device” on iTunes
Step 4: tick “Enable disk use” on the bottom of options

Step 5: after tick “Enable disk use” on the bottom of options a pop-up dialogue will appear as below picture. Please enter “OK”.
Step 6: the last step is click “apply”
